We want you to be fully satisfied with EpicHostly. If our hosting services don’t meet your expectations, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms below.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
Most shared, WordPress, and cloud hosting plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. The guarantee applies to first-time hosting orders only.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain name registrations and renewals.
- SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, and premium addons.
- VPS, dedicated server, and GPU server plans after activation.
- Any services purchased with non-refundable third-party fees.
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your client area and open a support ticket.
- Or email us at billing@epichostly.in from your registered email address.
- Include your invoice number and reason for the refund request.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. The actual time for funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Partial Refunds
After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may issue prorated refunds for annual plans at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
7. Abuse and Fraud
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that involve abuse of our guarantee, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Use.

EpicHostly may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
